Michael DeWan, MAI and Rob Schott are pleased to announce the creation of their new company: DeWan & Schott Appraisal Associates, LLC. We will continue to provide the Mid-Hudson Valley of upstate New York and beyond with real estate appraisal and consultation services. Both of us have worked for years with Leland T. Bookhout, MAI, SRA, President of L.T. Bookhout, Inc., who is retiring from full-time appraisal after 44 years. Lee will associate himself with our new firm as a consultant appraiser.
